Our practitioner-only best practice-sharing discussions for supply chain directors identify who is working on what so that, when they are interested in external solution providers, we're able to support:
- we connect supply chain directors (members) with each other and relevant solution providers to support their due diligence discovery and shortlisting process;
- we offer solution providers (partners) high quality and agile engagement opportunities that might otherwise take longer to secure…or not happen at all.
How it works
Members specify their interests online or in-person which allows us to create an agile schedule of practitioner-only best practice discussions. Participants benefit from the rare opportunity to see what is working in other comparable businesses.
This not only gives us valuable insights into current challenges and opportunities but also the solution partners they are interested in.
The right fit
Our number one golden rule is to honour the trust that members place in us by always respecting their scarce time and attention. We take care to make our contact relevant to their interests and make it easy for them to take a break if they need to.
By the same token, we make sure that any potential partners that we suggest to them are relevant, credible and can add value in a way that goes beyond a standard product presentation.
No win, no fee
The precise engagement approach is flexible but usually comprises a mix of online and in-person meetings composed of group discussions with qualified prospects and, where appropriate, personal one-to-one introductions.
If the fit is right, we want to build as much trust with our partners as we have with our members so our agreements are performance-based.

The Process
Before
- First and foremost, we make sure that your target participant criteria are well-aligned with our members and their interests
- Next, we jointly develop a topic outline that both addresses our members' interests AND highlights your unique expertise and credentials
- As a partner, you feed into our pre-session participant survey for further qualification and insights that help prepare the session itself
- The pre-session briefing call allows us to fine-tune the agenda based on participants and survey inputs
During
- Whether online or in-person, the goal is interactive best practice-sharing so we typically begin by inviting member participants to expand on their current focus areas and key questions so that you can respond to the specific points raised
- Members really value the perspectives that solution providers are able to bring, especially in the form of customer use cases and lessons learned
- We typically moderate online discussions so that you can fully engage in the discussion. In-person roundtable discussions usually have two representatives from your company who share the moderation role
After
- You are invited to provide additional materials to our session summary which is sent to all participants shortly afterwards for ongoing engagement
- We follow up with all participants to invite feedback and support conversion for your ongoing individual conversations
- The post-session debrief call assesses performance against deliverables and allows us to coordinate any subsequent actions
