Online Discussions
Our responsive online discussions include participants based on the compatibility of their interests and contexts. Limited to 60 minutes, they bring together a wide range of experience and insights for effective best practice-sharing.
Some discussions are for practitioners only whilst others include invited subject matter experts.

How and when sessions are scheduled?
We typically schedule online sessions 6-8 weeks in advance with regular in-person meetings each quarter.
We continually monitor our members' interests to identify optimal best practice-sharing opportunities so the schedule is responsive and dynamic. Therefore, the number of relevant sessions may vary over time.
Who else will be participating?
We organise activities so that participants are from broadly similar businesses and share the same interests to maximise the value of best practice-sharing.We take care to avoid competitive sensitivities or conflicts of interests and let you know well in advance who else will be joining so there won't be any surprises.
How do sessions work?
All sessions are interactive, roundtable-style discussions whether online or in-person. Many are for practitioners only whilst others may have invited subject matter experts. The emphasis is always on real-world best practice.
What is expected of participants?
There's no need to prepare anything and, although we invite your input into the agenda, there's no obligation to do so. We encourage participants to enter into the 'give and take' spirit of best practice sharing but it's OK to be more of listener, especially if you're not familiar with it.
What's the cost?
There is no cost to participate in most of our activities as the emphasis is on reciprocal best practice-sharing. Some activities may have costs or conditions that are clearly stated in the invitations. It is always your free choice what to participate in.
