Martin Mikiewicz is a chief operating officer with 28 years of experience leading operational transformation in heavy industry, metals and recycling, and FMCG. As COO of Outokumpu Long Products he turned a €20m annual loss into a €101m profit within two years. He was most recently COO of Blue Phoenix, a 53-site European metals recovery network with 1,050 employees. His career began in 1998 at a brewery in Poland.
