He is responsible for global operations, R&D, product management, technical support and customer service, leading approximately 300 people across four manufacturing sites worldwide.With an engineering background and over two decades of experience in industrial manufacturing, Iain has led large-scale lean transformations, new product development programmes and operating model redesign initiatives across multi-site environments in the UK, USA, China, South Africa and Italy.Operating within a private equity-backed context, he is currently driving Gunnebo’s target operating model transformation while balancing growth, margin pressure and working capital discipline in a volatile global environment. His focus is on aligning product strategy, operational capability and governance to deliver sustainable performance improvements without losing commercial momentum.
