What's Limiting Your S&OP? It's Not the Process. It's the People.

S&OP works in theory, but making it work in practice can be much harder. Sound familiar?

Meetings that are more about reporting than decision-making – focused on reviewing what’s happened rather than making the decisions needed to move forward.
Meetings that are poorly attended and prepared for – without the right people, preparation or engagement to make them effective.
Decisions that aren’t supported by the data – when the information provided doesn’t support the discussion or the decisions that need to be made.
